NBA
How did Muggsy Bogues at 5' 3" and 136 Ibs make it big in the NBA?

Oh and Michael Jordan is or was the GOAT, no fucking question.

Re: NBA
Sold, you missed out Space Jam, I thought was a great film, with NBA stars Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Sir Charles Barkley, Mugsy Bogues and Patrick Ewing, with supporting actors, Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd.

They tried to make another one with Lebron James, I started to watch it and came to the conclusion that it was fucking shit.

Re: NBA
Sold - that’s pretty much the extent of my NBA viewing too. Last Dance is one of the best sports series I’ve seen.

Re: NBA
Dont really get into the NBA unless I am out in the US then you just get swept along with it... dont really follow a team ... however I fucking LOVE basketball docs/films... Last Dance... Bird and Magic... Hoop dreams... The Fab 5... Celtic/Lakers best of enemies... and Malice at the Palace which is fantastic if you love sports teams just going mental and start punching the living shit out of the spectators !!!

Re: NBA
Vexed, yeah you're right it just seemed that Bird hardly ever missed a 3 pointer but he had a decent .375%

Re: NBA
Bird missed probably sixty odd percent of his threes.

I cant get excited about the college stuff. Looking forward to the Celtics choking again this season, Tatum is a minge.

Well I guess MN were knocked out by Indiana State in the NIT

I've backed Purdue & Houston for the college championship. Uconn are the favourites

Re: NBA
Trunds I don't follow college ball much, who's still in it? My team team the MN Gophers have entered the NIT.

Re: NBA
Agree Larry Bird was great, hardly ever missed a 3 point. I saw a funny video of Sir Charles Barkley saying Larry was a great trash talker and he kept saying they were disrespecting him for putting a white bloke to guard him.

We're right slap bang in the middle of MARCH MADNESS, and you want to talk about the NBA?!

Re: NBA
very good in college and he was a great passer of the ball, nowadays they demand a bit more than that (not that i'm saying the game is any better). I agree about Jordan. him and Larry Bird are the best of my lifetime

the Celtics have shit the bed a few times in recent years but I think they're unstoppable this season. they have so much depth now that I think it will be almost impossible to beat them in the finals
